Everyday Activities That Messes Up Your Skin

Dry skin

Do you know that you might be sabotaging your chances of achieving a glowing skin? Yes.

Surprisingly many of the things we do on a daily basis cause damage to our skin in ways we aren’t aware of.

So, the best way to keep your skin looking young and healthy is to avoid doing those things that can damage your skin.

If you are guilty of doing these everyday activities you may be damaging your skin:

  1. Popping pimples

Those angry red pimples with the white centers may be annoying and sore…

...but picking at the skin on your face pushes dirt and bacteria deeper into pores and leaves scars that may stay with you forever.

  1. Hot showers

While an occasional warm bath is great, hot showers, in fact, strip away the outermost layer of the epidermis, which can cause scaly and dry skin.

Taking hot showers on a regular basis cause damage to your skin which may be difficult to recover from.

  1. Using wrong skin care products

Even if you do your best to protect your skin from the elements, using wrong skincare products can damage your skin beyond repair….Yes.

Many skin care products contain chemicals, synthetic fragrances, and colors that dry your skin and cause severe damage.

Some of these chemicals cause other health problems as well.

  1. Not getting enough sleep

Lack of proper sleep results in under eye circles and dull looking skin; which messes up your glowing, healthy skin.

If you want to have glowing, healthy skin, you need to substitute these activities that muddle up your skin with other daily activities that will give you glowing, healthy skin.

Within three weeks of indulging in these activities below, your skin will ultimately change from dull-looking to well-toned, glowing and more youthful skin.

  1. Walking

Basic, vigorous walking, aids in circulating blood throughout your body, including your face. It’s also a great way to shed those extra pounds, plus keep in shape.

  1. Drink water

It is recommended that we should drink half our body weight in water each day. Water is very effective at flushing nasty toxins from our bodies. It is also a proven way to hydrate the body, resulting in plumper, brighter skin.😊

  1. Moisturize

Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! Have you ever looked at the earth when it is parched and dry? Notice those cracks on the surface? The same scenario plays out on our skin when it is dry and lacking moisture. Now notice that when the same parched surface is drenched by the liquid gold of the rain – it becomes moist and looks great. When your skin is moisturized with a great product, it becomes moist and you look and feel amazing.

Unlike other activities, these activities have no harmful effects that could expose you to some other health conditions…they are natural and safe.

That’s why I proudly recommend them to anyone who wants a fast way to restore their skin to its healthy glowing state.

NOTE: When you start getting the desired result, be sure to avoid the activities that will mess up your skin.

 ~Happy skin care success😄
